Return & Refund

About return

If you think your product is not suitable, you can return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please visit My Orders and initiate a return request. For orders with non-quality problems after more than 30 days, you can find a carrier to return them at your own expense, or contact us via email at xxxxx  to provide a label, but a certain fee will be deducted.

Please note: Please ensure that the product is brand new and unused. All returns must be made using the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will need to pay an additional $50 repackaging fee for each item.

For most KISSAIR product returns, you will get a pre-paid return label that allows you to return the item to the KISSAIR warehouse. You can download the return label in the personal center.

Please note that KISSAIR is not responsible for the shipping costs for self-returns. Once the item returns to our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If it is brand new, we will refund within 7 working days minus the repackaging fee (if applicable).

About refund

If your order has not been shipped, we will arrange a full refund. If the order is already in transit, we need to contact the shipping company to recall the order and arrange a full refund for you. If you would like to proceed with your order cancellation request, please feel free to reach out to our service team. We would be more than happy to assist you.

When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. We can only issue refunds through the original method used to pay for the order. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your balance. If the original payment method is no longer available, you should provide us with your PayPal email, and we are happy to issue the refund to your PayPal account.

How do I make a return?


 
1. Sign in to your free village account.

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return, fill up the reason, then submit.

3. Print the return label and tape it on the outside of your return parcel.

4. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop it off at your nearest post office.

*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
